  • Applying to Arts & Education at the Hoyt: Selection for exhibition on our main campus is competitive. Artists are typically established and have prior exhibition experience. The gallery typically showcases local art by local artists living within a 50 mile radius of the city. While most media will be considered, video and installation are discouraged due to limitations of space.
  • Applying to UPMC Jameson: The Hoyt and UPMC Jameson collecting recognize the healing power of the arts and has reignited a partnership to rotate exhibitions in high traffic corridors of the hospital.  In particular, the Hoyt atrium offering a bank of windows that is visible from the Wilmington Avenue entrance. While the fusion of arts and medicine is a topic of interest, subject matter may vary. Please note, all work must be secured to a wall.  Thus installations, video and 3D submissions cannot be considered.
