Arts & Education at the Hoyt has teamed up with Slippery Rock University to host the second annual Short Film & Video Festival at Arts on the Riverwalk, Saturday, September 8, 3-8 pm. Located at the historic Warner Film Center in downtown New Castle, PA, the Short Film & Video Festival strives to connect the traditions of film with the medium’s continuing evolution.

We seek a varied representation of artistic visions and methods of production employed by time-based artists and filmmakers. The juried exhibition will consider all genres in junior (ages 13-17) and adult categories.
