Arts on the Riverwalk Competition

Arts and Education at the Hoyt is pleased to announce the winners of the third annual Arts on the Riverwalk Local Art Competition.

The competition is held in conjunction with Arts on the Riverwalk and recognizes the artistic talent in our community. Open to artists 18 and over within 50 miles of New Castle, the Local Art Competition received 78 entries from 43 artists.
