Become the Top Chef in your kitchen with this eight-week tutorial of new culinary skills each week.  Topics will include soups & stock, roasting “the best chicken ever”, beef basics, vegetarian & vegan cuisine, baking and more! Chef June will end the experience with a taste of international cuisine. Bring a notebook and apron. Capacity: 12. Minimum: 8. Ages 18+. Non-members:  $120. Members: $100.
